What this is
Record yourself doing a task while talking through it out loud, then turn that recording into a reusable system: an email playbook, a step-by-step workflow, a training document, or a clean proposal. Four prompts, one for each output.
How to use it
Record yourself doing the task and talking through it out loud. Get the transcript, from Gemini, Loom, Zoom, or YouTube’s auto-captions. Choose the prompt below that matches your goal. Copy it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Fill in the brackets with your specific details, then paste your transcript at the bottom where indicated. Review and refine what comes back. AI is good, but it still needs you.
Each prompt has an optional “Example Style” field. Paste in a sample of your own writing and the AI will match your tone. Skip it and it uses a clean, professional default, which works perfectly well.
